Lithium Ruthenate Description

Lithium Ruthenate is generally immediately available in most volumes. High purity, submicron and nanopowder forms may be considered. Oxide compounds are not conductive to electricity. However, certain perovskite structured oxides are electronically conductive finding application in the cathode of solid oxide fuel cells and oxygen generation systems.

They are compounds containing at least one oxygen anion and one metallic cation. They are typically insoluble in aqueous solutions (water) and extremely stable making them useful in ceramic structures as simple as producing clay bowls to advanced electronics and in light weight structural components in aerospace and electrochemical applications such as fuel cells in which they exhibit ionic conductivity. Metal oxide compounds are basic anhydrides and can therefore react with acids and with strong reducing agents in redox reactions.

Lithium Vanadium Oxide Nanoparticles, nanodots, or nanopowder are spinels, high surface area particles. Lithium Vanadium Oxide Particles are typically 10 - 100 nanometers (nm) with a specific surface area (SSA) in the 5 - 50 m2/g range. Nano Lithium Vanadium Oxide Particles are also available in passivated and Ultra high purity and high purity and coated and dispersed forms.

They are also available as a dispersion through the Nanochemazone Nanofluid production group. Nanofluids are generally defined as suspended nanoparticles in solution either using surfactant or surface charge technology. Nanofluid dispersion and coating selection technical guidance is also available.

Other nanostructures include nanorods, nanowhiskers, nanohorns, nanopyramids, and other nanocomposites. Surface functionalized nanoparticles allow for the particles to be preferentially adsorbed at the surface interface using chemically bound polymers. Low Gas Chromium Metal Description

Nanochemazone specializes in producing high purity Lutetium Fluoride Sputtering Targets with the highest possible density High Purity 99.9%. Metallic Sputtering Targetand smallest possible average grain sizes for use in semiconductor, chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and physical vapor deposition (PVD) display and optical applications.

Our standard Sputtering Targets for thin film are available monoblock or bonded with planar target dimensions and configurations up to 820 mm with hole drill locations and threading, beveling, grooves and backing designed to work with both older sputtering devices as well as the latest process equipment, such as large area coating for solar energy or fuel cells and flip-chip applications. We offer all shapes and configurations of targets compatible with all standard guns including circular, rectangular, annular, oval, "dog-bone," rotatable (rotary), multi-tiled and others in standard, custom, and research sized dimensions.

All targets are analyzed using best demonstrated techniques including X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF), Glow Discharge Mass Spectrometry (GDMS), and Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP). "Sputtering" allows for thin film deposition of an ultra high purity sputtering metallic or oxide material onto another solid substrate by the controlled removal and conversion of the target material into a directed gaseous/plasma phase through ionic bombardment. Magnesium Micro Powder Description

Magnesium Micro Powder is a chemical element with the symbol Mg and atomic number. It is a shiny gray solid which bears a close physical resemblance to the other five elements in the second column or alkaline earth metals of the periodic table:

all group elements have the same electron configuration in the outer electron shell and a similar crystal structure. Magnesium is the ninth most abundant element in the universe. It is produced in large, aging stars from the sequential addition of three helium nuclei to a carbon nucleus. When such stars explode as supernovas, much of the magnesium is expelled into the interstellar medium where it may recycle into new star systems.

Magnesium is the eighth-most abundant element in the Earth's crust and the fourth most common element in the Earth (after iron, oxygen, and silicon), making up 13% of the planet's mass and a large fraction of the planet's mantle. It is the third most abundant element dissolved in seawater, after sodium and chlorine. Magnesium occurs naturally only in combination with other elements, where it invariably has a +2 oxidation state. The free element (metal) can be produced artificially and is highly reactive (though in the atmosphere, it is soon coated in a thin layer of oxide that partly inhibits reactivity – see passivation). The free metal burns with a characteristic brilliant-white light.

The metal is now obtained mainly by electrolysis of magnesium salts obtained from brine and is used primarily as a component in aluminum-magnesium alloys, sometimes called magnalium or magnelium. Magnesium is less dense than aluminum, and the alloy is prized for its combination of lightness and strength. Magnesium is the eleventh most abundant element by mass in the human body and is essential to all cells and some 300 enzymes. Magnesium ions interact with polyphosphate compounds such as ATP, DNA, and RNA. Hundreds of enzymes require magnesium ions to function. Magnesium compounds are used medicinally as common laxatives, antacids e.g., milk of magnesia, and to stabilize abnormal nerve excitation or blood vessel spasm in such conditions as eclampsia.

Manganese Dioxide is a highly insoluble thermally stable Manganese source suitable for glass, optic and ceramic applications. Manganese oxide is a blackish/ brown solid andHigh Purity (99.999%) Manganese Oxide (MnO) Powder the primary natural source of manganese. Oxide compounds are not conductive to electricity. However, certain perovskite structured oxides are electronically conductive finding application in the cathode of solid oxide fuel cells and oxygen generation systems.

They are compounds containing at least one oxygen anion and one metallic cation. They are typically insoluble in aqueous solutions (water) and extremely stable making them useful in ceramic structures as simple as producing clay bowls to advanced electronics and in lightweight structural components in aerospace and electrochemical applications such as fuel cells in which they exhibit ionic conductivity.

Metal oxide compounds are basic anhydrides and can therefore react with acids and with strong reducing agents in redox reactions. Manganese Oxide is also available in pellets, pieces, powder, sputtering targets, tablets, and nanopowder (from Nanochemazone nanoscale production facilities).

Oxide compounds are not conductive to electricity. However, certain perovskite structured oxides are electronically conductive finding application in the cathode of solid oxide fuel cells and oxygen generation systems. They are compounds containing at least one oxygen anion and one metallic cation. They are typically insoluble in aqueous solutions (water) and extremely stable making them useful in ceramic structures as simple as producing clay bowls to advanced electronics and in lightweight structural components in aerospace and electrochemical applications such as fuel cells in which they exhibit ionic conductivity.
