Palladium Oxide Monohydrate
Palladium oxide is a greenish black powder that is immune High Purity (99.999%) Palladium Oxide (PdO) Powder to acids but reverts to palladium metal above 900 c. Oxide compounds are not conductive to electricity. However, certain perovskite structured oxides are electronically conductive finding application in the cathode of solid oxide fuel cells and oxygen generation systems. They are compounds containing at least one oxygen anion and one metallic cation.
Platinum Oxide Monohydrate is generally immediately available in most volumes, including bulk quantities. Copper Indium Gallium Selenide Powder (CIGS) for solar energy applications is a p-type or absorber layer material. CIGS-based photovoltaic cells (PV Cells) for solar energy are fabricated from a positively charged or p-type CIGS layer underneath a negatively charged or n-type layer.
The p-type layer can be produced by thin film deposition of a Gallium doped Copper Indium Selenide (CIGS) Nanopowder sold under the Nanochemazone Solar Energy group. Most CIGS-based PV solar cells are produced from thin film deposition of CIGS using sputtering techniques.
