Mo2Ti2AlC3 MAXene Powder INTRODUCTION:
MAX phase ceramics (including titanium silicon carbide, Ti3AlC2 materials, etc.) are a new type of processing conductive ceramic materials that have attracted much attention. These ceramics contain more than sixty kinds of ternary carbides or nitrides. M represents the transitional front metal elements. ; A represents the main group element, mainly the elements of the third main group and the fourth main group; X represents a carbon or nitrogen element. Among them, Ti3SiC2 is the most widely studied. Ti3SiC2 was successfully synthesized by the hot pressing method in 1996 by Professor Barsoum M of Drexel University in the United States, and its excellent performance was found. Due to the unique nano-layered crystal structure, these ceramic materials have antioxidant, self-lubricating properties, high room temperature fracture toughness, and electrical conductivity. Molybdenum Disulfide Dispersion
Molybdenum Disulfide Nanoparticle Dispersions are suspensions of molybdenum disulfide nanoparticles in water or various organic solvents such as ethanol or mineral oil. Molybdenum Disulfide Nanopowder as a solid lubricant, one reason is of its layered structure, between layers of sulfur atoms combined with weak easy-to-slide and showed good friction-reducing effect; the second reason, exposure sulfur atoms of the crystal surface on the metal surface have a very strong adhesion to form a very solid film, therefore lubrication is superior to other general-lubricating materials.

Good printability, electrical conductivity, high hardness, and strong adhesion. This kind of product has good bending resistance, low modulus, good performance, and excellent solvent resistance. Good adhesion to PET, PI, ITO substrate and FR substrate. Typical applications: printing of electronic circuits such as membrane switches, keyboards, remote controls, flexible printed circuits, and FPCs. Miniature supercapacitor.
Instructions for use of Mxene Inks: 1. Applicable substrate: PET, PC, ITO, etc. 2. Stir: Stir thoroughly for 5 to 10 minutes before use. 3. Dilute: special diluent, the added proportion should not exceed 3% of the total weight. 4. Recommended process: Printing thickness: wet film: 20μm; dry film: 4-7μm; Silk screen: 250-300 mesh polyester or stainless steel screen printing; Scraper: Polyurethane or solvent resistant material; Equipment: Semi-automatic printing machine; Curing conditions: Oven: 130 ℃ × 20 min IR furnace: 135 ℃ × 10 min (can be adjusted according to customer requirements) Cleaning agent: acetone or diethylene glycol ether acetate.Due to the significant environmental impact of the process, screen printing is recommended to be divided into batches and used up within 8 hours. Installing a protective cover can reduce the volatilization of product components and cut off dust particles in the air to ensure quality.
